SHOWCASE HIGH END TWO WAY INTERACTIVE CAR ALARM SYSTEM AT AUTO EXPO

Chandigarh January 9, 2005 Dubai based Parts International (PI) , a leading auto
parts and accessories company in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and CIS countries
plans to launch its Indian subcontinent operations soon.

Parts International, which is part of Dubai based group of companies that has total
revenues in excess of USD 100Million in automotive spare parts and accessories
initially plans to launch it\'s diverse auto security product line by first
introducing the top of the line auto car two way alarm system product which is
Magicar.

" We believe that Magicar uniquely addresses the high end of the auto security
market due to its high end features and having swept into the top spot in other
countries we are sure that the same will happen in India regardless of the existing
products due to the fact that the features in Magicar are not all available in any
other product" said Mr Yasser Ebrahimi, Vice President , Parts International.

Magic car developed and manufactured by world renowned Youngshin Electronics of
South Korea is two way car alarm system equipped with powerful LCD and LED display
systems with host of never before value-added functions including transmission,
immobilizers, timers, remote arm and disarm, and a host of other anti-car napping
features

A unique code-unlock system has been developed in Korea while a LED parking sensor
that has a synchronized operation with the car\'s rear-view mirror is new from the
mainland. Product R&D, however, is focused more on improving performance, system
installation and connectivity. Availability of GPS/GSM systems will still be minimal
next year but development work on these products continues.

The other features include a code-unlock system that could be very useful when the
car keys or remote control are lost or are left inside the car. A series of
pre-programmed finger taps on the car\'s window will activate built-in sensors to
release the door lock.

The major highlight of the car alarm security system is easy installation and host
of new features .PI will also showcase other state of the art high tech car
accessories.

Middle east countries are well known for having high end cars and accessories and
PI believes that the Indian market deserves the same functionality at reduced
pricing
